Giving Back

Given the current state of affairs, it’s important to remember the responsibility brands and retailers have to better the world. We often forget that our communities can go without something as basic as a warm meal. In continuing with our monthly charitable giving initiative, and in aim to put more food in the hands of those that need it, Shop BuzzFeed will be donating 10% of our entire store’s profits for the month of August to World Central Kitchen.  

With July being Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, it’s more important than ever to provide healing opportunities to women who experience inequity every day. In continuing with our Giving Back initiative, Shop BuzzFeed is proud to announce we will be donating 10% of our entire store’s profits from the month of July to The Loveland Foundation.

We are incredibly excited to kick off our new monthly giving initiative by donating 10% of our entire store’s profits to a new charity each month. Beginning in June to celebrate Pride, we will be donating to honor the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan. In commemoration of the impact LGBTQ individuals have made in history and society, we are pleased to announce that this month’s charity will be Lambda Legal.
